Mr. Rohit Kochhar is the National Chairman & Managing Partner of Kochhar & Co.and is actively involved in advising numerous multinational clients on various aspects of investments in India. In the past, Mr. Kochhar has been conferred with the ‘National Law Day Award’ for Excellence in Corporate Law by the Hon’ble Vice-President of India.

Mr. Manish Vig is the Managing Director of Kochhar Business Services. Prior to his association with Kochhar Business Services, Manish was working with ASSOCHAM, the premier Apex Chamber of Commerce & Industry of India as an Assistant Director (IT & Telecom). During his tenure in ASSOCHAM, Manish worked closely with government ministries and industry chieftains in Information Technology and Telecommunication industry on various policy issues of national interest.

Manish holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, a Deemed University and a Bachelors degree (B.E.) in computer science and engineering.

Mr. Kenneth Cutshaw is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Church's Chicken. He was a partner with the law firm Holland & Knight, LLP, one of the largest law firms in the world. Mr Cutshaw serves as Honorary Consul for India in the United States. He has also served for six years with the Administrations of President Ronald Reagan and President George H.W. Bush at the U.S. Commerce Department in various international trade positions.

Ms. Priyanka Gupta is Director with Kochhar Business Services. She is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, execution of marketing initiatives and implementation of projects at hand. In KBS, besides holding the position of the Director, Priyanka is also a prominent shareholder.

Priyanka is an MBA in International Business Marketing from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, India and her areas of expertise include setting up India operations for foreign companies and developing market entry strategies.

She has worked on diverse client engagements across India and select overseas markets especially with Japanese and US corporations wishing to do business in India. Priyanka has been instrumental in managing over 50+ client engagements across varied industry sectors including but not limited to Real Estate, Medical & Healthcare, Light Engineering, Renewable Energy, Fashion & Textile, Retail.

Priyanka is also a product design graduate from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi. Prior to joining KBS, Priyanka lead the Brand-Management team at Footmart Retail (I) Ltd., (A FUTURE GROUP Company) and was responsible for development of the brand identity and all related external and internal communication.

Priyanka started her career as a management trainee with Torielli Rag Pietro & C.s.p.A, Italy and within a short span rose to the position of the Head of Marketing & Technical Helpdesk for Torielli’s CAD-CAM division, South – East Asia operations.

Priyanka represented ASSOCHAM, a premier Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India, as a key member of the expert committee appointed by the Ministry of Labour, Government of India for evaluating and developing the curriculum for Leather technology courses in vocational and industrial training institutes in India including ITI, FDDI and CFDC. Provided technical and product marketing consultancy to National Leather Development Programme, a UNDP funded project for the development of the Indian Leather and Footwear Sector and other leading international fashion brands including ColeHaan, LeeCooper and CARBON.

Mr. Sudhir Dhawan has long experience in the management of consultancy profession in the various sectors of engineering. His wide experience covers consultancy for infrastructure, chemicals and petro-chemicals, gas pipelines, LNG / LPG terminal, thermal and hydro power projects.

He was instrumental in developing Tractable Engineers and Constructors Pvt. Ltd. (TECPL) a fully owned subsidiary of Suez Tractebel, S.A., a large engineering company in Belgium and France and was its Chairman and Managing Director till last year. Prior to that he was working with National Power of UK, Edison Mission Energy, a large IPP from USA for development of thermal power projects in India. His previous work associations were with Consulting Engineering Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Humphreys & Glasgow Consultants (Jacobs).

For many years, he has been active in development of development of consultancy profession in India and was involved in the framing of various documents for the consultancy profession e.g. Scale of Fees, Client Consultant Agreement, Guidelines for Selection of Consultants, etc. developed by the consultancy associations. He was the President of National Association of Consulting Engineers and Vice President of Consulting Engineers Association of India, former Vice Chairman of Consultancy Development Centre, Former Member of National Council of CII, former Governing Body Member of F.I.E.O. He was also on the panel of WTO formed by Ministry of Commerce relating to Consultancy sector.

Mr. Dhawan did his engineering from IIT, Delhi and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University. He has presented a number of technical papers in conferences in India and abroad.
